Structural Design Engineer III

Engineer

• Develop, execute, and manage plans for the design, development, test, and qualification of radar sensor systems for autonomous spacecraft navigation
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians across multiple product teams to guide the design and development, and deliver qualified radar and RF sensor product solutions on schedule and budget
• Work with guidance, navigation and control (GN&C) and other product teams to identify needs for radar systems, support formulation of sensor architectures, and deliver radar product definitions that meet navigation requirements
• Serve as subject matter expert on radar systems and other RF sensor applications

Designer

• Execute physical design and layout of ASICs that integrate both analog and digital processing
• Implement floor planning, power distribution, clock tree synthesis, and routing for complex mixed-signal designs
• Develop ASICs that meet the stringent standards of space qualification, ensuring high performance and efficiency
• Perform timing closure, signal integrity analysis, and physical verification (DRC/LVS/ERC)
• Implement advanced RF processing technologies that support missions with reduced size, weight, and power (SWaP)
