Account Executive

• Akquisition neuer Unternehmenskunden und Einbringen bestehender Kundenverbindungen in unser mittelständisches Maklerhaus
• Durchführung des Akquisitionsprozesses - von der Lead-Generierung über die Analyse des Versicherungssystems bis zur Präsentation
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Gewerbekunden (Untergrenze: Unternehmen ab ca. 50 Mitarbeiter) in den Kompositsparten - mit Unterstützung des Innendienstes
• Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen vor Ort oder digital
• Aktive Mitgestaltung des Unternehmens im Rahmen unserer OKR-Methodik - z. B. bei der Digitalisierung oder Optimierung interner Abläufe

Outside Sales

Kundenberater, Außendienst – Gewerbe & Industrie Versicherung

Insurance

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies of approx. 50+ employees) across all non-life insurance lines (excluding motor, life and health)
• Maintain and develop client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including policy/condition comparisons
• Prepare for — and, when required, participate in — annual review meetings together with field sales (executive management)

Client Advisor (Inside Sales) – Property & Casualty, Commercial & Industrial Insurance

• Eigenverantwortliche Beratung eines zugeordneten Kundenstammes aus Gewerbe- und Industriekunden (Unternehmen ab ca. 50 Mitarbeitenden) in allen Kompositsparten (ausgenommen Kfz, Leben, Kranken)
• Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen und Übernahme der Rolle als erster Ansprechpartner für alle Kundenanfragen
• Durchführung von Renewal-Verhandlungen mit Versicherern sowie Ausschreibungen inklusive Bedingungsvergleichen
• Vorbereitung und bei Bedarf Teilnahme an Jahresgesprächen gemeinsam mit dem Außendienst (Geschäftsleitung)

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies of approx. 50+ employees) across all property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health).
• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including policy/terms comparisons.
• Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the field sales team (management).

Customer Advisor (Internal Sales) – Commercial & Industrial Insurance
