• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, candidate profiles, interview plans, and clear evaluation criteria before launching each search.

• Lead end-to-end product development for new devices, product relaunches, enhancements, and lifecycle improvements from concept through launch.
• Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities across device technologies, features, formats, and customer needs.
