AI Engineer

• Produce a high volume of content across formats - short-form video, long-form YouTube, static and video ads, LinkedIn posts, written pieces, landing page and email creative - using AI tooling to multiply your output well beyond what a traditional content team can match.
• Build the factory: repeatable systems and workflows (AI tooling, templates, freelancers, repurposing pipelines) so content scales without linearly scaling headcount.
• Run and optimize paid ads directly off the content you create (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and beyond) - launch, test, read the data, iterate, kill losers, scale winners.
• Turn our raw material - product stories, customer wins, founder POV, data insights - into a constant stream of native, on-brand content.
• Move fast and ship daily, treating volume plus iteration speed as the advantage.

• Own product end to end - strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution - in lockstep with the founding team
• Sit at the center of the founding and engineering teams daily: surface where people are blocked, clear the path, and keep velocity high
• Design and run growth experiments, then ruthlessly read the results - kill what's not working, scale what is
• Translate customer pain (and the realities of running email at $50M-$500M+ GMV brands) into a sharp, opinionated product direction
• Define what success looks like for every initiative and hold the bar on quality, taste, and outcomes - not just shipping
• Partner with AI, engineering, and GTM to turn our AI-native capabilities (multi-agent workflows, segmentation, image creation, self-optimizing conversations) into product brands love
• Build the systems, rituals, and instrumentation that let us learn fast and decide faster

Performance Marketing

• Build LTV ai's entire performance marketing engine from the ground up - strategy, channels, creative, measurement, and the operating system that ties it all together
• Own the full function end-to-end as a true operator: you set the strategy and you execute it, without waiting on a team to do the work for you
• Run an agentic, AI-native workflow where you personally produce the creative, copy, and assets using AI tools rather than briefing out to designers, agencies, or contractors
• Own paid acquisition across channels (Meta, Linkedin, and emerging platforms) and treat the entire funnel as a system to be instrumented, tested, and optimized
• Build the measurement and attribution backbone so every dollar is tied to a measurable outcome
• Establish the frameworks, tooling, and processes that let performance marketing scale efficiently as we grow
• Partner directly with the founding team on positioning, growth strategy, and where to place the next bet
