• The Member Recruitment & Event Coordinator is a public-facing member of NMDP.
• This position educates, engages, and inspires the public for their support and participation in the mission through presentations, awareness events, celebrations, and registry recruitment event execution.
• This role travels regularly throughout the entire state of Missouri and will occasionally visit Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska as well but will be based out of the St. Louis, MO metro area.
• Primary responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships and driving committed individuals to join the NMDP registry.
• Effectively communicates through public speaking and written communication to expand the NMDP mission within the local community for the purpose of increased participation in new, diverse registry members, volunteerism, and philanthropic giving.
• Plans, organizes, and delivers mission-focused events (live and digital) in a manner that ensures excellent registry member experience as well as exceptional customer service to the community partner and sponsor.
• Activates volunteers and sponsors to achieve event targets, including promotions and sponsor network engagement.

Member Recruitment and Event Coordinator

• The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing insights, solutions, and decision support to internal Finance and business partners to drive the five-year strategic plan and financial stewardship goals.

• Leads life cycle efforts to analyze requirements, design, evaluate, automate, and implement new middleware technologies and services.

• Analyze current-state processes end-to-end, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps, and develop future-state recommendations grounded in Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities. Bring a data-informed perspective to process redesign: quantify pain points, model scenarios, and make the case for change.
• Evaluate business needs against native Salesforce functionality to determine where OOTB capabilities solve the problem versus where custom development is genuinely necessary. Own the fit-gap analysis for design sessions and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the product and architecture teams.
• Produce clear, usable mockups of future-state screens and user flows independently, using modern design and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, Galileo AI, Magician, or equivalent), without waiting for a UI designer to make the concept tangible.
• Partner with the UX Lead (when available) to define future-state interaction models and process flows that reflect both platform capabilities and real user needs. Participate in user feedback sessions, synthesize findings, and use evidence from those sessions to sharpen design decisions.
• Co-facilitate design workshops, process mapping sessions, and discovery conversations with business and operations stakeholders. Guide discussions toward outcomes; extracting complex requirements, surfacing competing priorities, and building shared understanding across functions.
