Mechanical Engineer

• Be the main interface between the product design team and the field installation teams
• Identify areas for improvement in all aspects of the system from design to manufacturing, installation and processes
• Provide technical design advice and guidance to the field design teams
• Work closely with the support, field and the operations teams, provide day to day support to all heat pump installs
• Actively provide customer support as required
• Continuously monitor the performance data (e.g. COP/SCOP) collected for every install, debug issues, maintain the issue log, and advise improvements
• Maintain the spares list and update as a new product is introduced
• Travel to customer sites as required, as well as to Portadown in Belfast to work closely with the R&D and the manufacturing teams
• Contribute to the training of the support and installation teams as required
• Be the owner of technical documentations for installers, customers, logistics
• Present technical solutions to the design team
• Analyse warranty returns and interface with suppliers on technical discussions in finding the route cause

• Support the management of tax matters across OEGen funds and associated holding structures.
• Coordinate international tax compliance processes with local advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with tax reporting, tax provisioning, and financial statement disclosures.
• Support tax workstreams on acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings, and other transactions.
• Review transaction and financing documentation from a tax perspective, with support from senior team members where needed.
• Monitor tax risks and support ongoing governance and compliance processes.
• Work closely with investment, finance, legal, and external advisory teams across the business.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tax processes and documentation.
