Sales Enablement Manager

Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for all Ookla product lines across both direct sales and indirect channels (partners/resellers).
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational workflows to reduce friction and promote a faster, more efficient rhythm from deal close to revenue recognition.
• Partner with the Sales team to enforce strict accountability regarding key CRM inputs, data integrity, and contracting standards.
• Own and streamline the administration of vendor intake forms, customer onboarding processes, and security/compliance documentation.
• Support the sales ecosystem by managing operational requirements for RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submission of business operational data.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on how deal structures impact revenue.

Order Operations Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React, Redux (RTK Toolkit), and Vite
