Product Manager

• Embed with enterprise customers alongside Frontline Engineers, understanding their workflows, their data, their constraints, and where WorkWhile fits (and where it doesn't yet)
• Lead discovery and scoping conversations with customer stakeholders, often without a fully defined brief
• Own the feedback loop from the field: synthesize what you're seeing across customers into patterns, and surface those patterns as product signal
• Define and prioritize what the FDE pod builds — custom integrations, workflow tooling, customer-specific extensions — in collaboration with engineering and the core product team
• Make clear calls on build vs. configure vs. escalate: know when a customer problem is a one-off and when it's a product gap
• Drive rapid prototyping cycles with the FDE team: get something in front of customers fast, learn from it, and iterate
• Partner with core product stakeholders to ensure field learnings influence the roadmap, not just the backlog
• Establish the operating rhythm for the FDE pod: how engagements are scoped, handed off, tracked, and closed
• Keep cross-functional stakeholders (GTM, Customer Support, Operations) aligned on what the pod is doing and why
• Help build the playbook from scratch: this pod will be a reference model for how WorkWhile scales enterprise delivery

Frontline Strategist, Product Manager

Account Executive

• Responsible for strategic new business sales and expansion
• Manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, customer evaluation, closing new business, and expansion
• Focus on the light industrial, hospitality, and retail verticals
• Demonstrate a strong business case for WorkWhile through a consultative and value-driven sales process
• Establish a collaborative business relationship between WorkWhile and key decision makers within target accounts
• Meet and exceed your goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing new sales opportunities
• Partner with account management, operations, and sales development teams to drive revenue

Product Marketing

• Drive strategy for projects such as capturing intent signals, outbound sequence best practices, deal conversion levers, pricing strategy and deal desk.
• Own and manage the end-to-end GTM cadence, including weekly forecasting models, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Deliver a single, methodology-backed forecast for leadership and investors.
• End-to-end ownership of our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Gong, HighTouch, and Clay). Automate core pipeline architectures, dashboard reporting, and data pipelines to maintain pristine data hygiene.
• Embed advanced AI tools into top-of-funnel and lifecycle motions, enabling automated account scoring, base enrichment, and intent signaling so outreach and routing are completely optimized.
• Steer projects with internal partners such as Marketplace Operations, Finance, Product and Customer Success to represent GTM’s priorities and needs.
• Redesign, model, and deploy fair, motivational commission structures tied to company objectives. Partner with Finance and pod leads on territory mapping, quota assignments, and capacity modeling.
• Build the S&O team roadmap. Manage, coach, and expand a high-performing RevOps team from the ground up, serving as the critical connective tissue across GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

Head of GTM Strategy – Operations

• Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, discover, position solutions, negotiate, and close enterprise hospitality and event targets. This is a hunter role designed for someone who loves opening doors with major national operators.
• Target High-Volume Accounts: Develop strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within corporate food service operators, national catering networks, and large sports/entertainment venues.
• Navigate Complex Buy-ins: Drive consensus and alignment across multiple departments, such as Corporate Operations, VP of Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and regional Event/Culinary Directors.
• Position Labor Strategy: Articulate WorkWhile's value proposition in solving distinct hospitality pain points, including hyper-seasonal staffing volatility, last-minute event cancellations, variable labor costs, while maintaining strict service standards for our Partners.
• Manage a Robust Pipeline: Build and maintain an active pipeline of enterprise food service and event opportunities with highly accurate sales forecasting.
• Collaborate Internally: Work closely with WorkWhile's operations, finance, and product teams to deliver tailored workforce proposals and proofs of concept (POCs) for major multi-city rollouts or high-profile events.
• Represent the Brand: Act as the face of WorkWhile at key hospitality and event industry conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings. Willingness to travel when needed.

Enterprise Account Executive – Hospitality

Operations

• Own on-site quality standards across all active enterprise accounts — warehousing, events, and retail
• Ensure every account is staffed reliably, on time, and at the ratio the client expects — before the shift starts
• Set and enforce the cadence by which Field Operations Managers maintain direct contact with leads and clients at every major account
• Ensure incidents are identified, logged, triaged, and communicated to clients and account management teams
• Deliver proactive monthly performance summaries to key accounts
• Own the commercial implications of on-site investments — every lead deployed represents an investment, and this role ensures that cost is justified by the value it delivers to the account
• Define the framework for when an account requires a dedicated on-site presence versus a remotely-managed model
• Partner with Account Management and Finance to ensure field deployment decisions are commercially sound
• Lead WorkWhile's build of an AI-enabled field operations model — the core question is how one Field Operations Manager can effectively oversee a workforce of many
• Define what AI and automated systems should own: pre-shift confirmations, clock-in anomaly detection, attendance pattern recognition, early leave flagging, performance scoring
• Define what humans must own: relationship-critical conversations, judgment calls under pressure, client escalations, lead development
• Translate the above into a clear product and systems roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Data Science
• Build the monitoring infrastructure that surfaces the right information to the right person at the right time — so the team is acting on signals, not searching for them
• Own the health and size of the shift lead talent pool across all accounts and verticals
• Build a standardized lead qualification, onboarding, and performance scoring program that works across warehousing, events, and retail
• Develop a compliant, sustainable on-site talent model — one that attracts reliable leads, retains top performers, and removes underperformers with consistency
• Define what high performance looks like at every stage of the lead lifecycle and build the systems to measure it
• Manage and develop a team of Field Operations Managers across TriState, Mid-West, and West Coast markets
• Run weekly performance reviews with all FOMs — account health, incidents, lead flags, commercial exposure

Head of Field Operations

• Directly oversee a portfolio of shift leads across assigned accounts
• Conduct regular check-ins with leads to address performance, attendance, scheduling gaps, and client feedback
• Coach leads on communication, conflict resolution, safety, and WorkWhile standards
• Identify high-performing workers ready for lead roles and build the pipeline
• Hold leads accountable to performance standards and escalate to the Head of Field Operations when intervention is required
• Own day-to-day operational quality across assigned client sites
• Support new site launches by visiting locations ahead of go-live, aligning on client expectations, and ensuring leads are prepared before the first shift
• Build and document site-specific checklists and playbooks so that future launches in the region run faster and with less escalation
• Capture, escalate, and resolve on-site issues so that execution standards are consistent across every account you own
• Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for assigned client sites
• Build working relationships with client site supervisors and managers, understand their expectations, and flag risk early
• Participate in regular client check-ins and submit site performance summaries
• Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
• Submit weekly reports to the Head of Field Operations covering staffing status, lead performance, client feedback, and open issues
• Maintain accurate records in WorkWhile's workforce management systems
• Collaborate with Worker Success and Marketplace Operations to ensure worker

Field Operations Manager – Associate

Frontend Engineer

• Own and evolve frontend systems that span multiple product areas, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability
• Partner with engineering leadership, product, and design to shape frontend technical strategy and long-term direction
• Lead high-impact initiatives such as architectural evolution, performance improvements, or major UX foundations
• Establish and uphold frontend standards around component design, state management, accessibility, and testing
• Act as a force multiplier for the team: guiding technical decisions, reviewing designs, and mentoring engineers
• Help define how frontend engineering is practiced as the company grows

Staff Software Engineer, Frontend

• Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to solve problems for our users - workers and businesses.
• Build new user-facing features using React and React Native - from architecture to visuals and interactions.

Account Manager

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Maintain customer contracts to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
