• Shared accountability for performance metrics, including OTIF-SC and OTIF-D as part of E2E SC; drives continuous improvement against failure modes linked to Deliver including partnering to address E2E issues.
• Ensures on time delivery of NPI and new capabilities through Deliver Playbook adherence and maturity.
• Shared accountability with E2E SC for optimizing inventory levels through improvement on unproductive inventory reductions at Hubs, international lanes reliability and leadtime compression and E2E product flows design.
• Shared accountability with Global E2E SC for driving COGS reduction in freight and warehousing and margin expansion across; ensures a process is in place to provide visibility to Deliver cost performance and improvement, jointly sets and works to achieve cost optimization targets.
• Shared accountability with Global E2E SC to ensure a robust foundation in compliance including trade compliance, Quality, EH&S, financial compliance.
• Develops talent and maintains leadership pipeline; actively sponsors and mentors key talent across E2E supply chain, builds leadership competencies in team.
• Responsible for Deliver integration into core global processes (e.g., STEM, issue management/escalations, strategic capacity planning, S&OP, IBP and E2E flow optimization).

Manager, Deliver Business Unit Integration, Med Tech

Clinical Research

• Represent Clinical Science as core team member on critical projects, liaising between project and functional teams, and coordinating with Clinical Operations and Project Management partners to deliver on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and SOPs
• Activate and build collaborative relationships with across business platforms as well as key cross-functional partners (e.g., Global Strategic Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, etc.) to ensure consistent alignment in new product development and through product life cycle

Analyst

• Manage outbound transportation operations for customer shipments, including domestic and international distribution from J&J distribution centers
• Coordinate shipment planning and execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery to end customers, including hospitals, wholesalers, and specialty care providers
• Track and trace outbound shipments, providing proactive communication and resolving delivery exceptions to maintain service levels

• Understands the factors contributing to compliance risk profiles, based on metrics and data analysis and other intelligence (e.g., escalations, regulatory inspection outcomes, etc.), to proactively identify, communicate, prioritize, address/prevent/reduce compliance risk
• Conducts Follow-up activities for the JJRC independent audit program, field action assessments, significant health authority inspections, post-acquisition assessments, and regulatory actions
• Provides leadership and expertise to interpret and evaluate audit observations and provides guidance and support to develop risk-based action plans
• Identifies opportunities for cross-regional/site remediation activities collaborate with Segment Quality and Compliance professionals to develop risk-minimizing strategies
