• To be a Medical Planning Leader for the design of health projects, ranging from smaller scale with meaningful community impact, to mega scale creating a transformational change in care delivery.
• Be responsible for the clinical planning of the full range of care services from preventative, outpatient, acute or post-acute healthcare facilities, through various stages of design, following “best practices” and applying Evidence Based Design
• Be responsible for facilitating QA/QC oversight of strategic, facility master planning and medical planning aspects of project design

Senior Medical Planner

Engineer

• Work on multiple projects and be responsible for projects of average complexity/size.
• Serves as Engineer-of-Record.
• Performs complex engineering design tasks on assigned projects under supervision of the Project Technical Lead or Project Manager, including engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and applications to regulatory agencies.
• Engage in the development of design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
• Prepare and revise documentation in various civil phases including servicing plans, plan and profiles, grading plans, cross sections, diagrams, and details.
