• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare IT products, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception to launch for the Tebra platform integration and the internal commercialization and billing systems.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and enhance Medical Practice Software Platform, including building a performance dashboard, defining REST APIs, and overseeing system architecture.
• Collaborate with offshore teams (QA) to ensure stable, high-quality releases.
• Enhance and maintain the Partner Authentication System using Oauth2.
• Design and implement stateless authentication system in AWS to enable external partners to integrate with internal APIs following Oauth2.

Customer Success Manager

• Personally onboard and support every provider in the initial Alpha cohort — handle every inbound question manually for the first 6–8 weeks to build deep product and customer intuition.
• Record and transcribe every provider call to build a structured question taxonomy that will serve as the foundation of the AI agent knowledge base.
• Own the AI CS agent corpus: structure and synthesize rotating engineer inputs weekly, prune and publish the knowledge base, and evaluate agent responses for accuracy and PHI compliance.
• Comfortable owning the AI agent corpus as a product artifact — this is a content and systems ownership function, not just a tooling decision.
• Define and document the PHI routing protocol before the first provider is onboarded — establishing clear rules for what routes to AI, what routes to a human, and what requires immediate clinical escalation.
• Identify and onboard a licensed clinical consultant (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) on retainer within 30–60 days post-launch to serve as the escalation path for red-line clinical accuracy events.

• Handling all inbound leads that are funneled to you from our world-class marketing team. Then, calling and booking demos with these prospects for our Account Executive’s to close.
• By setting quality meetings with medical practices across the country and working with our marketing department on special projects, you'll play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business!
• In the MDR Training at Tebra, you will spend each day setting meetings for our sales team while learning the skills necessary to be a successful Marketing Development Representative.
• Learn all of our different inbound lead channels, working very closely with marketing, and establish the value of our platform. You’ll start working recycled leads both from campaigns generated by our marketing department and from generating leads yourself.
• Learn to build rapport, qualify opportunities, and find your prospects' needs. You’ll demonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two months in a row.
• Learn to tell a great story, tie benefits to pain, and use content to sell. You’ll call on leads who have downloaded content from our website or ads.
