Clinical Research

• Works with study teams to ensure compliance
• Interprets complex clinical trial protocols while applying expertise in research billing rules, clinical workflows, sponsor requirements and electronic system capabilities to configure and review study calendars and budget setup for clinical trials
• Oversees research billing compliance activities to ensure unit is in full compliance with institutional, regional, and federal research billing compliance rules and regulations.
• Advises researchers related to proper set up and execution of billing activities for patients on clinical trials

• Support the research and work by managing data, recruiting and scheduling participants, analyzing data, and contributing to community outreach and education.

• Provide leadership and overall programmatic direction for WEI across a multi-disciplinary and multi-institution environment

• Build collaborative relationships with all North American centers and programs with Southeast Asian language programs
• Maintain regular communication and coordinate with the leadership of Southeast Asian Summer Studies Institute (SEASSI)
• Support the joint SEALC-GETSEA committee by tracking Southeast Asian language offerings nationally and potential areas for course-sharing, exchanges, exploratory pilots, and targeted scholarships for language study
• Maintain good communication with project staff at UW, SEALC steering committee members, and members of sub-committees and working groups
• Plan and execute grant events and initiatives including professional development workshops, project awards, tuition awards, while working with grant Principal Investigator, SEALC staff, and SEALC committee members

• Support clinicians and researchers by performing advanced post-processing of CT and MR data.
• Perform image segmentation, 3D model development, 3D printing, 4D flow, tumor response assessment, and cardiac, kidney, and liver analysis.
• Prepare reports and manuscripts and assist with the development and presentation of materials.
