• Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services, citizen engagement, and internal workflows.

• Help define the long-term public sector strategy and vertical playbook as we scale the business.

Account Executive Lead – Government

Payroll

• Manage global payroll operations across direct employees, EORs (Employer of Record), and contractors, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pay cycles.
• Assist in preparing and performing payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-ERP (GL) reconciliations, supporting month-end close.
• Administer global equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, platform maintenance, and equity-related taxable events.
• Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP systems through reconciliations and exception reviews.
• Support audits and external advisors with accurate, well-documented operational data.

Payroll Manager

• You will own the ElevenCreative enterprise sales motion across the DACH region, building pipeline and closing deals with enterprise creative and marketing teams.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI creative capabilities into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies from scratch, including target account identification, outbound sequencing, event strategy, and pipeline building.
• Develop a deep understanding of the AI creative landscape - customer use cases, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends - particularly as they apply to media, automotive, consumer goods, publishing, or advertising.
• Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise creative and marketing leaders, educating them on how AI is changing content production and where ElevenCreative fits in their stack.

Account Manager

• Own VC and accelerator partnerships across NYC and the broader East Coast ecosystem
• Build relationships with the founders behind the highest-potential AI startups on the East Coast, drive visibility, and bring them into the program
• Run a high-impact in-person presence in NYC and beyond: events, dinners, founder meetups, conference appearances, and ecosystem partnerships

Partnerships

• We're hiring our first dedicated indirect tax specialist to own all things indirect tax globally, reporting to the Head of Tax.
• You'll manage the full compliance cycle: filings, payments, reconciliations, journal entries, exemption certificates, and audits, while also building for scale.
• Maintaining tax codes and configuration in Stripe, preparing for e-invoicing mandates, and standing up compliance in new markets as we register in new jurisdictions.
• You'll be the company's go-to expert on indirect tax — partnering with Finance, Legal, and Product on everything from product taxability and invoicing requirements to customer-facing tax questions.

Indirect Tax Manager

• Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across U.S. commercial accounts.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Corporate AEs - recruiting, enabling, and driving results.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast, and improve conversion metrics across stages.
• Define sales playbooks, sales motions, objection frameworks, and deal models tailored to voice AI / conversational use cases.
• Partner with marketing, product, growth, and customer success to align messaging, positioning, and cross-sell/expansion motion.
• Build feedback loops - gather insights from prospects and clients to guide product roadmap.
• Own key, strategic deals yourself (especially early / major logos) to lead by example.

Lead Account Executive – North America

Sales Development Rep

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
• Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers
• Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
• Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.

Sales Development

Product Marketing

• Own full-stack enablement for APAC. Scope regional needs, design program architecture, build e-learning, deliver live training, and measure impact against ramp time, discovery quality, and win rates.
• Run biweekly onboarding. Deliver 5 to 6 live sessions per cohort, every two weeks, for new sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China. Continuously improve the curriculum based on cohort feedback and ramp data.
• Localize global content for APAC markets. Adapt sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive materials for each market. Partner with local AEs and leaders to ensure messaging lands with regional buying committees, procurement norms, and cultural expectations. Orchestrate translation and localization vendors where needed.
• Be the technical translator. Explain how our voice models and Agents platform work, credibly, to sellers and in customer-facing content. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be fluent in how the product works and why it wins.
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Lead. Roll out partner certification and enablement programs across APAC. Localize partner-facing curricula, support regional partner onboarding, and ensure channel sellers have the same product fluency as direct teams.
• Operate as part of a global team. Collaborate with enablement counterparts in the Americas and EMEA, contribute to global programs, and join the weekly team sync at 4pm CEST at least once per week.

GTM Enablement

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts across the Middle East such as ministries, government-linked entities, sovereign-backed programs, and national AI initiatives, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Own complex government engagements end-to-end: navigating public procurement cycles, tenders and RFPs, security and data-residency reviews, and multi-stakeholder approvals, while managing delivery expectations alongside our Engineering and Deployment teams.
• Identify new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap, particularly where national digital-transformation and AI strategies intersect with voice AI.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with internal teams, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders on compliance, localization, and responsible AI deployment.
• Be responsible for KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team

Account Executive – Public Sector

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends
• Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

• Regional Growth Engine: Make sure NORDICS B2B grows through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences that cut through the noise.
• Local Events: End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region.

• Design and own ElevenLabs' digital CX playbook for scale accounts - trigger logic, lifecycle sequences, in-app messaging, and automated health monitoring, built from the ground up
• Build and maintain the health scoring model for digital accounts; define what at-risk, dormant, and breakout-track looks like in product data
• Partner with RevOps to wire up the tooling - Claude, Clay, Lemlist, Salesforce - automating what can be automated and surfacing what needs human attention
• Own NRR and retention KPIs for the digital segment

Digital Customer Experience

Operations

• Own the pricing and deal structure for complex enterprise deals, advising sales on commercials and trade-offs in real time to keep things moving toward close.
• Work closely with engineering to maintain and evolve our Configure Price Quote tool.
• Translate customer requirements into deal structures that work commercially and operationally, knowing where to flex and where to hold firm.
• Own the path through internal complexity, aligning Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership so deals don't stall on process.
• Partner with Finance to build deal-level P&L models and communicate pricing trends back to the business, informing strategic pricing decisions at the leadership level
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval policies that scale with the business.
• Build the analytics and feedback loops that surface where deals are slowing down and why — and fix it.

Deal Operations Strategist

• Ensure every deal that closes is reflected correctly in our systems.
