Workday Analyst

Payroll

• Work with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to help meet user requirements.
• Provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas
• Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements.
• Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality
• Responsible for Configuration reviews
• Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise
• Serve as functional integration owner for multiple process areas
• Prepare functionality specifications and delivers to ABAP developers
• Responsible for creating Function Design Documents (FDD) based on the Use Case Documents recreating by the Business Analyst

• Utilize ASAP methodology and tasks required during each phase of the implementation
• Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work.
• Identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with business users
• Develop a specific SAP Solution from Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing and Production Support
• Develop technical specifications for system enhancements
• Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.

SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

• Serve as the go-to payroll expert for your assigned country, with deep knowledge of local legislation, tax laws, and compliance standards
• Monitor and assess upcoming regulatory changes by working closely with the Compliance Alerts team and industry associations
• Partner with the Product Development team to inform and influence the product roadmap and ensure the country-specific functionality is up to date
• Maintain and update country workbooks with new legislative requirements and compliance changes
• Analyze existing payroll procedures and recommend improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and minimize manual processes
• Drive the evolution of Strada Pay by enhancing product functionality, cost-effectiveness, and user experience tailored to local market needs
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within your country for Strada Pay methodology, delivery approach, templates, and standards
• Provide subject matter expertise and strategic input to Strada Pay project teams during client deployments
• Act as a gatekeeper for client customization requests
• Support pre-sales activities by showcasing Strada Pay capabilities to prospective clients

• As the Payroll Lead, you will be required to be a subject matter expert (SME) in all areas of payroll processing.
• You will be required to analyze and respond to complex issues that require comprehensive knowledge of payroll activities.
• As the SME, you will be expected to upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role.
• Support and process payroll from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transactions.
• Ensure that the Payroll calendar is followed, and any deviation is dealt with via the appropriate change control process.
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified.
• Understand standard, and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service.

• Support Managers with client Strada engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
